SIGG’s New EcoCare Liner

SIGG have developed a new coating technology for the inside of their signature bottles.

Called the SIGG EcoCare Liner, the technology employs a new powder coating technology that ensures virtually no waste, and uses no organic solvents (VOCs). The liner ensures there is no taste or odour transfer, and importantly, is 100% free of BPA (Bisphenol A), phthalates, BADGE (Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Ether), BFDGE (Bisphenol F Diglycidyl Ether), and NOGE (Novolac Glycidyl Ether).

The technology adds minimal weight to the bottles, and does not interfere with the recycling of the bottles.

SIGG is Swiss company, who manufactures their SIGG branded bottles in Frauenfeld Switzerland. Their bottles have long been popular with outdoor types worldwide due to their light weight and durability.
